Fees
Dr. Roberta Heaven is dedicated to working to provide the best possible care to children, families, their schools and community teams. She is honest, hard-working and very experienced. This work goes beyond the face to face visits and includes document reviews, school visits, assessment scoring and interpretation as well as phone calls, research and report preparation.
Within British Columbia, the fees for psychological services are not covered by the province’s Medical Services Plan. However, many extended health programs cover a portion of services provided by a Registered Psychologist who is also registered with the Canadian Register of Health Service Psychologists. Please check with your extended health carrier to determine the details of any coverage your family has. While clients may self-refer, some extended health programs may require a doctor referral in order to access benefits.
Fees for psychological services may be deducted as a medical expense on personal income tax returns.
Dr. Heaven charges fees that are fair and competitive, at rates at or below the recommended fee schedule of the British Columbia Psychological Association. These recommended rates may change over time.
